I have been using these since their concept and firmly beleive that they are the best on the market, they come in two sizes
35gm and 56gm.
Their ingenious design takes the captive back lead well beyond the traditional back leads,the main advantage is the ease of attachment and release,as attached to the lead is a line gate system as used on their successful swinger bite indicators, which releases on a strike sometimes dropping off on a violent take,and with no back lead hanging on the line this has got to be a plus. The lead has a cord attached and on the other end of the cord is a winder.
Back-leading is paramount when fishing shallow clear water, recently I studied carp in the margins,
where every angler in the area used back-leads except for one, the carp would not go past his lines, the moment he attached back-leads the carp swam on past giving anglers further up the lake a chance at catching.
