This mammoth session was somewhat a bit grueling to say the least, the lake has not fished well for several weeks now, having moved twice to try and locate the fish which appeared to be on their holidays at the same time as me, with the strong winds carp usually show themselves but not this time, however my last move found me in one of my favorite swims the Transformer but it was not until the second morning before I had a take.
At 03.00am I landed a 13lb-8oz mirror, then nothing until the following morning at 1.10am a 22lb-8oz mirror graced my net, nothing at all the next day the following day I had three takes losing the first one having been cut off on gravel bar. |
